Not sure what happened between my visit 6 months ago and now, but apparently there was a management change and all prior staff is gone. My review 6 months ago honestly would have been 1 star and I wanted to switch dentist offices so quickly. I was actually planning to do so after this routine cleaning. But this new staff is really on top of their stuff, highly professional, good communication, and my experience did a complete 180° change for me, from wanting to switch offices to now being glad they’re my primary dentist office. We’ll see if this keeps up, but for now 5/5 no complaints.
