I had some dental trauma from a previous local dentist office and another not so great experience after that, so I was nervous trying somewhere new. But Dr. Baldwin helped me feel at ease right away. She immediately listened to my concerns with genuine curiosity and respect, and she was able to fix the issue in the next follow-up visit. She’s incredibly approachable, has good energy, is realistic about treatment plans. I never feel rushed or dismissed, I appreciate that I can ask questions and actually get clear answers. The front desk staff has also been great, they're friendly and efficient. I’m definitely grateful to have found this place.

I’ve been coming here for many years and have always appreciated the quality of care. At today’s appointment, the cleaning took over an hour, which felt longer than usual. While I received great care and clear explanations of the services and treatment, I didn’t like how the appointment was scheduled—my dentist and assistant were juggling multiple patients at the same time, which impacted the overall experience.
