I informed the clerk I was there for a 10 am appointment but I was told to wait (there was a couple inquiring about the services) instead of excusing herself and quickly informing the hygienist that I was already there. The hygienist must also be waiting for me coz she came out and saw me at the waiting area. It took 30 minutes for me to be seen for my appointment. The clerk does not seem to know how to handle multiple clients.
