Our soft reopening will commence on Monday June 1, 2020 at 8:30 AM.
To help keep our patients, staff, and community safe during the pandemic, we will continue to reduce the amount of patients we'll be seeing and appointment times will remain limited in compliance with social distancing guidelines. All walk-ins will also be prohibited for any new or existing patients until further notice, therefore our doors will remain locked and only those with an appointment will be given entry after a screening process. Please call or text us for any questions or request an appointment here on our website and a staff member will get in contact with you. Thank you for your continued patience and understanding during these trying times. We look forward to being of service to you once again!
UPDATE 04/30/2020: In compliance with the extension of the state's shelter-in-place mandate, we have set a tentative reopening date for our office for Monday June 1st, 2020.
In an effort to support national efforts to fight the COVID- 19 pandemic, our practice is taking the following steps to help assure your health and well-being and that of our community:
We will contact you soon to reschedule your appointments as we continue to follow guidelines on social distancing. We will continue to monitor the status of COVID-19 nationally and within our community and provide updates as soon as they become available.
The safety and well-being of our patients continues to be our primary concern. Once we are able to re-open for daily operations, please be advised that we will continue to limit the amount of patients we will be seeing daily. Necessary health screening protocols will be implemented and our team will be working diligently to guide you through our new appointment and check-in process.
We urge you to contact us if you have any questions or concerns. We can be reached by phone (call or text) at (510) 799-9345 or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org and will respond as soon as we can.
With warm regards,
Dr. Maria Carpio & Dr. Daniel Mabaet
